In On Thin Ice, comedian and actor Desi Banks invites LA Kings Superstar Drew Doughty, hockey superfan Josh Peck, and comedian Bert Kreischer onto his “talk” show to have conversations that are both entertaining and illuminating in the middle of an ice rink. Desi knows next to nothing about hockey. However, the one thing he does know is that the Stanley Cup Champions’ after-party is beyond epic. With that knowledge, he sets out to ingratiate himself with his famous guests in order to turn himself into the hockey star he thinks he is, get signed to a team, win the Stanley Cup Final, and earn an invite to the exclusive party. But things won’t go as planned for Desi, as it turns out you can’t become a pro hockey player in a span of a 10 minute interview, but for some reason, that didn’t stop him from trying…
